Participation terms

Platform operator
Limitless Capital FZCO. DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Licence 28785, issued by Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority.
Governing law: laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai; Dubai courts, subject to mandatory law, competent jurisdiction and consumer rights.
Current community access
Effective date: 25 October 2026. Community tools are free. A current active account is admitted automatically after its email is verified. Profile completion and acknowledgement of the current Participation Terms and applicable policies remain required before contributions or private spaces are available. Current roles, account status, eligibility and blocks continue to apply to each protected action. Public discovery may be read without an account. Access does not create employment, partnership, investment, subscription, paid-membership or permanent-access rights, and does not automatically convert into a commercial arrangement.
Admission and current checks
A current active account is admitted after its email is verified. Profile completion and acknowledgement of the current Participation Terms and applicable policies are required before contributions or private spaces are available. When documents change, eligible signed-in members can continue permitted read-only browsing while reviewing the update; affected writes require explicit acceptance. Unchanged documents are not requested again. Current roles, account status, eligibility and blocks remain effective for each protected action. We may change, suspend or close access where reasonably necessary to operate, protect or administer the service.
Owner-led operational review
Automatic email-verified admission is not legal, professional, identity or organisation verification. Admission does not create or change an acceptance record. Stored acceptance records retain the version recorded when accepted, and current participation requires acknowledgement of the current Participation Terms and applicable policies. A declined, revoked or suspended record does not bypass those current requirements.
Webinars and private spaces
The LINKK team hosts and manages LINKK-led community webinars. Organisation owner, administrator or editor permissions, team membership, subscriptions and ordinary participation do not create webinar-host authority. Registration, room admission, blocks and participant eligibility are rechecked under the current service controls. Private conversations and encrypted view-only PDFs remain participant-only and are not included in a public-source research edition or buyer download.
Commercial boundaries
Participation does not use checkout, payments, annual subscriptions, hosting packs, ticket sales, purchased credits, organiser earnings ledgers or payouts. It does not charge a card, start an auto-renewal or grant a paid-plan entitlement. The planned research database is separate from participation, is not current inventory and has no checkout, purchase, payment, fulfilment or download at present. It never grants access to participant-private messages or PDFs.
Participation responsibilities
Use the service professionally, protect account credentials, provide accurate profile information and respect private access. Comply with the Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy and the privacy choices of other participants.
