Information the platform handles
LINKK GLOBAL handles professional account and profile information, including name, email, professional role, country, interests and profile text. It also handles organisation memberships and roles; posts, reactions, comments and follows; saved items and searches; notifications; event registrations and invitations; and support requests. Marketplace listings are designed for public discovery. Introduction requests and their messages are private to their participants, subject to the platform's access checks.
Why we use it and who can see it
We use information to provide sign-in, profile management, organisation workspaces, discovery, community participation, marketplace introductions, events, support and administration. Visibility is not one setting: public records may be visible to visitors, member content has member access rules, and workspace and request records have their own access checks. Do not put confidential investment, credential or other sensitive information into a public listing or post.
AI-assisted marketplace matching
When AI matching is configured, it receives selected eligible public marketplace-listing facts such as title, description, category, location, sectors and deadline to suggest potential matches. It does not receive private introduction-request chats or a source contact spreadsheet for that matching purpose. A suggestion is not a decision or endorsement; people decide whether to request and accept an introduction.
Providers and international processing
Payment providers, hosting, cloud, media, AI and OAuth providers may receive or handle information as their configured services require. Raw payment-card data is not held by LINKK GLOBAL. A provider's presence does not by itself determine its legal role. Any cross-border processing, disclosure or transfer must be assessed and configured consistently with applicable requirements before it occurs.
Your account and privacy choices
You can correct profile information through your account and use the existing account export for the account/profile scope it presents. To request deletion or raise an access, correction, restriction, objection or other privacy concern, use Contact & support and select Account & privacy. A deletion request is reviewed; this draft does not promise an automated, complete deletion result or a fixed retention period. Rights and any lawful limits apply as required by applicable law.
Cookies, marketing and consent
The service uses essential session technology for authenticated features. Optional analytics, marketing tracking and marketing broadcasts are not active. If optional tracking or broadcasts are introduced, consent must be obtained before activation and the recorded consent scope, date and choice must be retained as appropriate. Raw imported contacts must not be used for mailing. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in features from working.
UAE data-protection context
The official UAE guidance describes Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 as covering electronic processing inside or outside the UAE, with consent controls and specified exceptions, correction and restriction/stop requests, and cross-border-transfer requirements. The final privacy programme must be reviewed against the law, implementing requirements and the facts of the live service.
