Professional use of the platform
LINKK GLOBAL provides professional ecosystem discovery, organisation tools, community discussions, marketplace introductions and event features. Use accurate, current information and keep account credentials secure. Email verification is not verification of every professional statement, organisation identity or listing claim.
Content, provenance and accuracy
You are responsible for the information and material you submit and for having the rights or permission needed to share it. Attribute sources and make uncertainty clear. Listings, profile claims, discussions and AI suggestions are not independently guaranteed. Source and provenance labels should be considered before relying on a record.
Your content and limited service permission
You keep any rights you hold in your content. To operate the service and show content to the audience you choose, you give Limitless Capital FZCO a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, format and display that content through LINKK GLOBAL while it is needed for that service display. This permission does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated commercial use of your content.
Moderation and review
We may review reports, restrict material or accounts, and take proportionate steps to protect the service, users and applicable requirements. Use the relevant report control or Contact & support to ask for review of a moderation decision. A request for review does not guarantee a particular outcome.
No investment advice
LINKK GLOBAL is not an investment fund, broker, financial adviser or a promise of access to private deal flow. Platform information, introductions, listings and discussions are not investment advice, an offer, a solicitation, an endorsement or a guarantee. Make independent professional, legal, financial and investment assessments where needed.
Law, courts and mandatory rights
These draft terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are intended to be subject to the Dubai courts. This statement is subject to mandatory law, the jurisdiction of a competent court and applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these drafts is intended to remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a supplier to exclude.
